Additive	· Red tip: Heparin (with anticoagulant) · Blue tip: Plain (without anticoagulant)
Inspection items	Total bilirubin, neonatal blood type test (ABO, Rh type)
Collection	3 or more peripheral blood
Keep	Before collection: room temperature
Handling method	1. After puncturing deeply with lancet, wipe the first drop with sterile gauze and 　 collect from the second drop. 2. Be sure to seal the front and back so that blood does not leak.
